The Paros Helmet was a type of helmet worn by soldiers from Paros, an island-city-state and the rival of its neighbouring Naxos Island.
In 429 BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra received the helmet after helping her mother Myrrine deal with a Parian scouting party on a Naxian beach.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Paros Helmet, a headgear in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Hoplite Helmet, another headgear in the same game. The only difference is the coloration of the crest.
