Orphedice was a woman in Aletheia's simulation of the Underworld.
Originally living in Argolis, Greece, Orphedice was involved with Eurypheus,[1] a man with a good fortune. Wanting to live a good life with his money, Orphedice hired a group of mercenaries led by Ambrogios to kill Eurypheus and split the profit. Orphedice was betrayed by the group, and was killed right after her lover.[2]
In the Underworld, an enraged Orphedice set on a quest for vengeance, tracking down and killing four of the five mercenaries responsible for her death, including Agda. Having saved the leader for the end, she went after Ambrogios, finding him in the Restless Nekropolis. They fought, but Ambrogios proved stronger, having learned new tricks in the Underworld, and Orphedice was killed.[2]
Behind the scenes
Orphedice's name is a portmanteau of the names of Greek hero Orpheus and his wife Eurydice.
