The Nubian Bow was a hunter bow that was deployed by Nubians for many decades. Despite its basic design, it was considered a very effective weapon. By the 1st century BCE, the bow could be found or purchased from blacksmiths throughout Egypt. The Desheret Patrol Bow used by patrols in the Egyptian deserts was based off this design.
