Nicolas Court was a French Hermeticist in the 18th century. He was a distant relative of Antoine Court, leader of the Huguenots.

Around 1745, Court was living in Louisbourg, where he was studying the mythology of the natives of the New World. John de la Tour, Achilles Davenport and his future wife Abigail traveled undercover to Louisbourg, searching for Court's safehouse and any information of First Civilization sites.[1]

In May 1745, after De la Tour sacrificed himself during the British invasion of the fort, Achilles and Abigail finally found the safehouse, but there was no trace of Court. The only clue left from the Hermeticist was a note saying: "SEEK OUT THE SKY WOMAN". [1]
