Nelson Wilmarth Aldrich (6 November 1841 – 16 April 1915) was a prominent American politician and a leader of the Republican Party in the Senate, where he served from 1881 to 1911.
As a member of the Templar Order, Aldrich organized the meeting of the Jekyll Island Club in November 1910. There, the "Plan" was created to take control of the capitalist market and form Abstergo Industries.
