The '''Jameson family''' is the family who realized an abnormal picture between the 172nd and 173rd channels of their television. When Mr. Jameson called the customer service, a woman named Diana had a conversation with him and listened to his problem. The picture shows Mr. Jameson's and his family members names on it. The picture also shows some private information about the family and some biological patterns and heart monitors. Mr. Jameson was curious and frightened about what's going on with their television and he asked if their cable is programmed to have some kind of an effect to their bodies. When Diana heard about this problem she was shocked and she transferred Mr. Jameson's call to one of his supervisors. After that, a man said that he has been briefed about Mr. Jameson's problem and said that he sent a technician. Mr. Jameson said that he still has some concerns about the situation when a hard knocking on the door was heard. Mr. Jameson's son, Paul, said that there was someone strange at the door and he was hitting the door real hard. The man on the telephone, who is one of the bosses in [[Abstergo Industries|Abstergo]], said "Have a good day Mr. Jameson" but Mr. Jameson didn't tell his name or surname on the entire conversation. Then the phone call tragically ended.

Biography

Confrontation with Abstergo

In April 2011, a man known as Mr. Jameson telephoned the customer service hotline of the Comstatic cable television provider with a highly unusual complaint about the HD cable service.

After exchanging small talk about their respective children with the operator, a woman named Diana, Mr. Jameson explained the nature of his problem. Between the 172nd and 173rd channels of their television was an extra channel, one that seemed to hold confidential information about the Jameson family, such as likes and dislikes, credit card purchases, and loans, as well as biometric patterns and a heart monitor.
Unable to come up with a plausible reply to Mr. Jameson's belief that the cable was intended to have some effect on our bodies, Diana transferred the call to a higher-ranking employee. The man assured Mr. Jameson that help was on its way, brushing past Mr. Jameson's ominous feelings about the matter.

Soon afterwards, Mr. Jameson's twelve-year-old son Paul informed his father that there was someone banging on the door, before the customer service operator hung up with an ominous Have a good day, Mr. Jameson., despite the fact that Mr. Jameson had never revealed his name at any point throughout the call.

Aftermath

The Jamesons and their complaints were silenced, presumably by Abstergo killing or kidnapping them.
