Mrs. Moffat was a British woman, living and working in London in the mid-nineteenth century.

Owning a small bakery on Whitechapel's Fleet Street, Mrs. Moffat started noticing some suspicious disappearances at some point, but did not think too much of it. In 1868, she was questioned by Detective Murphy of the Metropolitan Police Service, and told him that she knew nothing of the disappearances.

Not long after, she was questioned by the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye, this time about the disappearances of Detective Murphy. Again, she stated to know nothing about the disappearances, but she provided several clues which helped the Frye twins in their investigation nonetheless.
