Misbah was a merchant living in Damascus in the 12th century. In 1190, Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad interrogated Misbah to find out about Tamir's location. Altaïr left him hanging on a rope, promising him to aid him in getting down in return for information on Tamir. After Misbah gave some information, however, Altaïr left Misbah hanging, to a fate unknown.
