Anavatos Ruin was an abandoned fort situated on the northwest region of Chios, Greece. During the Peloponnesian War, the ruins served as a hideout for Iokaste, a Sage of the Cult of Kosmos who led the Worshippers of the Bloodline branch.
During the war, the ruins was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, who explored the ruins and assassinated Iokaste in her quest to eliminate the cult.[1]
