Manuel Pinto da Fonseca (24 May 1681 – 23 January 1773) was a Portuguese nobleman, Prince and Grand Master of the Knights Hospitalier of Malta from 1741 to his death and secretly a member of the Templar Order.

In 1747, he tried to negotiate with Reginald Birch, Grand Master of the British Rite of the Templar Order, in order to receive aid from his forces in his fight against the Ottoman Empire and the French Empire, both controlled by the Assassins.
