Manfredo Soderini (? - 1498) was a Florentine nobleman and the husband of Cristina Vespucci.
By 1478, Manfredo was engaged to Cristina, whose father kept asking her to choose somebody to marry. While Cristina deeply loved Ezio Auditore da Firenze, she had not seen him in two years and instead chose Manfredo. Manfredo, however, was a gambler and fell into debt. The man he was indebted to cornered Manfredo at the end of a bridge under construction.
