Manfredo Soderini (? - 1498) was a Florentine nobleman and the husband of Cristina Vespucci.
By 1478, Manfredo was engaged to Cristina, whose father kept asking her to choose somebody to marry. While Cristina deeply loved Ezio Auditore da Firenze, she had not seen him in two years and instead chose Manfredo. Manfredo, however, was a gambler and came in debt. The man he was in debt to cornered Manfredo at the end of a bridge under construction. Ezio Auditore, who came to visit Cristina, rescued Manfredo and threatened to kill him with his own hands should he not be a good husband to Cristina.
In 1498, Manfredo and Cristina were attacked by the men of Girolamo Savonarola. Ezio Auditore once again encountered Manfredo, who was dying. With his last breath, he told Ezio that Cristina was being chased and attacked by Savonarola's guards before dying.
