Malik is the leader of the Jerusalem Assassin's Bureau. He only has one arm because of the mission to retrieve the Piece of Eden from Solomon's Temple, caused by Altaïr's disobedience of the Assassin's Creed. At first, Altaïr & Malik do not get along, they argue and disagree. After seeing how Altair changed after he completed his assassinations Malik becomes less hostile. At the end of the game, he helps you in Masyaf to assassinate your leader, Al Mualim.
