This Luo Xiang is probably not the Luo Xiang died in 1489, if Luo Xiang died in 1489, he cannot be Eight Tigers of Zhengde(1506 - 1521). Actually, in 1489, Emperor Zhengde hasn't been born yet.

Luo Xiang (Chinese: 羅祥) was a member of the Eight Tigers, a group of powerful Templar eunuchs who controlled the Ming imperial court.

By 1526, he was mentioned by the Assassin mentor Wang Yangming to have long passed from old age.[1]
