The Legio XXXVII Roman Docks was a Roman camp between the Achile Pandocheion and the Chersonesos Roman Fort in Marmarica.
In 47 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa helped a horse breeder named Darius to track down his most prized stallion Hermes, which had been sold to a Roman praefectus at the camp.[1]
