Leave No Man Behind was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.
Description
Bartolomeo d'Alviano asked Ezio Auditore to rescue his mercenaries that were captured during Silvio Barbarigo's attack.
Dialogue
Ezio followed Bartolomeo into his home, to which the latter was looking around frantically.
- Bartolomeo: Bianca! Bianca!
- Ezio: Is everything alright?
- Bartolomeo: What do you think?! Look at this place! And poor Bianca... if something's happened to her...
Bartolomeo looked behind a table and found a large sword.

- Bartolomeo: Aha! Oh, my darling. Thank God you're alright. Ezio, meet Bianca. Bianca, Ezio.
- Ezio: Charmed...
- Bartolomeo: So, I know your name, but not why you are here.
- Ezio: I have business with Silvio Barbarigo. I was told you could help.
- Bartolomeo: Ah! It would be my honor!
- Ezio: But it's going to require more than just the two... er... three of us to weaken his forces. How do you suggest we proceed?
- Bartolomeo: I'll go and ready my men for battle. While I do this, I'd like you to rescue those who were captured during Silvio's assault. I cannot, in good conscience, leave them behind.
- Ezio: Intesi (Understood). I will attend to it at once.
- Bartolomeo: Good luck out there, Ezio.
Ezio found and freed each of Bartolomeo's mercenaries.
Outcome
Ezio succeeded in freeing all of Bartolomeo's men.
Trivia
- Bartolomeo searching for his sword, Bianca, was alluded to in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, during which Bartolomeo searched for his wife, Pantasilea Baglioni. To this, Ezio remarked "Have you checked behind the table?", referencing how Bartolomeo found his sword Bianca behind a table.
