In The Sixth Day, the Palazzo Laterano appears as a Lair of Romulus in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. In the memory, Ezio explores the ruined palazzo on his search for another shrine to Romulus, in order to retrieve another key for the Armor of Brutus. By using all his free-running skills, Ezio manages to make his way to the shrine, and retrieve another key.
