Taking place in the lower middle section of the map, the Knight's Hospital was a mass castle inhabited by patients or injured knights. Just as the inside was accessible, the roofs were too, though it took time to climb. The best way to reach the top is by using lifts. History

The Hospital of the Knights of Midsummer's Day [1] (Nossokomío lpotón) is one of the most interesting buildings of the old city and one of the jewels of Rhodes.

The construction of the castle was decided by Antoine Fluvian of the River (Large Master from 1421 to 1437). But work began only three years after his death, in 1440. Though under the magister of Jean Bonpart de Lastic (Large Master from 1437 from 1454), it was only completed in 1489 by Pierre d' Aubusson (Large Master from 1478 to 1505).

In 1522, the patients of the hospital came to assistance of the knights, to push back the invasion of the Suleiman Sultan.
