Juan Garcia was the right-hand man of a powerful slave trader during the early 18th century. His activities caught the attention of the Caribbean Assassins, who put out a contract on his life.
This contract was claimed by the pirate Edward Kenway at some point between 1716 and 1722, who killed Juan while he was sailing to the Matanzas plantation.
