Joseph-Napoléon Bonaparte (7 January 1768 – 28 July 1844), born Giuseppe Buonaparte, was a French diplomat and nobleman, as well as the elder brother of Napoleon Bonaparte. He reigned as King of Spain from 1808 to 1813 as José I.
