Joan of Arc (French: Jeanne d'Arc; ca. 1412 – 30 May 1431) was a national heroine of France and a Catholic saint.
Biography
Joan was born a peasant girl in France during the year 1412. At some point she came into possession of the Sword of Eden.
She claimed that she had visions from God, telling her to free the land of English domination. She used the sword to lead the French army to numerous victories in the Hundred Years' War,
Joan was finally captured by English troops, accused of witchery, and burned at the stake on May 31, 1431, at the age of 19. The Templars had orchestrated her execution in order to steal the Sword.
