Jean-Louis Villatte (1751 – 7 May 1802) was a Haitian mulatto general and a member of the Saint-Dominigue Rite of the Templar Order during the turn of the 19th century.

In early 1801, Villatte tried to take advantage of the power vacuum that existed in revolutionary Haiti and declared himself governor. By early August however, Villatte had been deposed and replaced by the Assassins Toussaint Louverture and Eseosa.
