Jacob Frye (1847 – unknown) was a British Assassin active in London during the Victorian Era, and the twin brother of Jacob Frye. Alongside her, he was the leader of the Rooks, a criminal syndicate active in London during the Victorian Era. Unlike his level-headed and stealthy sister, Jacob was reckless and rebellious.
