Painting of Ivan IV of Russia

Ivan IV of Russia (25 August 1530 – 28 March 1584), born Ivan Vasilyevich, beter known as Ivan the Terrible, was the Grand Prince of Moscow from 1533 to 1547 and Tsar of All the Russias from 1547 until his death.

His son and heir, Ivan Ivanovich, was a Templar-affiliate and was killed by the Assassins.[1] The Assassins later used the hidden library of Ivan the Terrible beneath the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow as a repository for their artifacts.[2]
