Isaac Comnenus, or Isaakios Komnenos (1155 - 1191) was the ruler of Cyprus, a minor member of the Byzantine imperial family, and a member of the Templar Order. On Cyprus, he made sure that the secret Templar Archive was kept safe. He started a war with King Richard, though Richard prevailed. Richard claimed the island, but quickly sold it to the Templars again, now under the rule of Armand Bouchart. Armand imprisoned, punished, and later killed Isaac.
