Irini was a member of the Turkish Assassin Brotherhood during the early 16th century, fighting under its leaders Yusuf Tazim and later Dogan.
In mid-1512 she was present at Yusuf Tazim's burial site when Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the Mentor of the Italian Assassins, promoted Dogan to the position of leader.
