Innocento was one of Leonardo da Vinci's assistants in Florence. Together with Agniolo, he oversaw Leonardo’s other assistants in 1480.

When Leonardo left for Venice, Innocento remained behind to take care of his workshop together with Agniolo, and continued in this role throughout Leonardo’s absences.

He never said a word, nor was he ever mentioned alone, but only in the company of Agniolo.
