Ilario Auditore was a nobleman of Florence and was considered to be an old friend of Cosimo de' Medici. He served Cosimo as Gonfaloniere until 1442, when he was succeeded by Luca Albizzi. Ilario was the father of Mario and Giovanni Auditore.
