Iaeira the Overcomer was a mercenary who operated in Greece during the Peloponnesian War.
Biography
Iaeira was known to have a record for facing death more times than any other mercenary. It is believed that she stood toe-to-toe with Hades more times than even she could count. However, no matter how many times this happened, she was always able to pull herself away from his clutches.
During the war, Iaeira crossed paths with the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who accepted a bounty contract on her.[1]
