The Abstergo Historical Research Division is a division of Abstergo Industries responsible for researching into historical events and document them.
Simon Hathaway current serves as the head of the division, replacing Isabelle Ardant who died in 2015.
History
In 2017, a team comprising of Deanna Geary and Layla Hassan were assigned to Egypt to track down a Piece of Eden in the Qattara Depression. However, they found the mummies of the Hidden Ones founders Bayek and Amunet instead.[1]
