The Highlands of Asklepiades was the southern region of the island of Kos, Greece.

Named after the students and descendants of the Greek god of healing Asklepios, the highlands served as the home of the Hippokratic School of Medicine and the Asklepios Temple on Kos. During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the area.[1]
