The Helmet of Demeter was a style of helmet worn by ancient Greeks who worshipped Demeter, the goddess of all things related to agriculture.
During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra could purchase the helmet from blacksmiths or loot it from bodies during her travels throughout Greece.[1]
