Hellequin

Caha, also known as the Hellequin, is a multiplayer character in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Along with her brother, Cahin, the Harlequin, she works as a Templar Agent for Cesare Borgia and is mentioned to originate from France.

Despite her brightly-colored costume and somewhat eccentric headgear, the Hellequin clearly prefers to act in dramas. Especially the bloody ones. When using her twin golden daggers, she is sure to leave her audience with a grin from ear-to-ear. Her default attire consists of a striped gold and purple jester costume, with an ornate golden mask.

In Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy, Caha and Cahin are first seen doing a performance together, while Fiora Cavazza watches them. The performance turns out to be a ruse, with Caha, Cahin, and Fiora killing all of the guests attending. Fiora notes that the siblings seem mad, but fun. Later on, after Fiora turns tail and helps the Assassins weaken Cesare Borgia's defense, she joins them in assassinating Caha and Cahin.

Unique Moves

Cunning Trick (Low Profile)

The Hellequin taps her victim on the shoulder, twirling around them as the victim turns. As the victim searches for the source of the touch, the Hellequin quickly stabs once in the lower back, underneath the rib-cage.

Killer Leap Frog Hop (High Profile)

The Hellequin vaults over her victim whilst stabbing them in the crevices between the neck and the shoulder blades (the subclavian artery), before landing behind them and nudges the victim with her bottom, letting gravity pull their limp body to the floor.

Curtain Close (Low Profile)

The Hellequin, once close-range and facing the target, stabs the feet of her victim with one of her daggers. Once the target can no longer step ahead, she takes the other dagger from the ring on her belt and stabs the target under the chin, before bending down to retrieve the dagger in their foot, rehooking both of them to her belt.

The Split - Leg Snapper (Bench Kill)

The Hellequin climbs up her target and wraps one leg around their neck and one behind their back before leaning forward, sending her and her target towards the ground, their neck snapping backwards once her knee touches the floor beneath them.

Colors:

• Basic: Gold and Purple
• Extra 1: Fuchsia and Purple
• Extra 2: Sky Blue and Purple
• Extra 3: Navy Blue and Purple

Gear:

• Advanced: Added metal feather on mask, added poofed upper sleeves.
• Superior: Added thigh-high boots, darker belt.
• Elite: Added hood and miniature cape, added collars on upper sleeves, added fancy white, folded undershirt at chest.

Trivia

• The Hellequin can be unlocked through Uplay for 40 Uplay Points.
• It has been confirmed that the Harlequin is her brother, as stated by their in-game Multiplayer descriptions.
• "Hellequin" is not a play on the word "harlequin", slotting out "harl" for "hell", as people have been led to believe. The Hellequin was the precursor to the traditional harlequin.
• Caha's and her brother's names are based on the French phrase "cahin caha" meaning willy nilly.
