I've put Asgard info under Biography as she clearly lived in the Isu realm having a location mentioned after her, Orlog stuff put at Legacy and influence; can't confirm if she was an Isu or not as her mention in Asgard is so very tiny

Hel's Grip

Hel was the goddess of Helheim in Norse mythology.

Mythology

Hel was the personification of the area with the same name as part of Niflheim, living beneath one of the roots of Yggdrasil. In Heimskringla it is said she's a daughter of Loki and Angrboda and was appointed by Odin himself to rule here. According to the Prose Edda, Hel played a key role in the attempted resurrection of Baldr.[1]

Biography

Havi encountered a man named Motull at a location named after her, requesting that havi send him to her realm to be reunited with his wife.[2]

Legacy and influence

Hel had a totem named after her in the popular dice game Orlog. The piece "Hel's Grip" would heal the caster for every damage dealt with axes. An Anglo-Saxon woman in Buckingham, Oxenefordscire possessed the piece, which she gave to Eivor Varinsdottir after being defeated.[3]
