The Handcrafted Spear was a spear in the 5th century BCE Greece. Adorned with woven leather straps around its shaft, the spear was solid and powerful enough to be counted on in a fight.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra commonly found this weapon in the inventories of blacksmiths and looted it from bodies and chests during her travels throughout Greece.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Handcrafted Spear, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a number of other similar weapons in the same game, including the Gorgon Slayer. These are all the recycled model of the Adamant Reed, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
