Lord Guillaume de Roussel was a French noble.

On 4 January 1791, during a meeting between the Parisian Templars Arpinon, Duchesneau, and Charles Gabriel Sivert, de Roussel was said to have "generously agreed to [their] price of forty percent", which Arpinon commented was an act of desperation on de Roussel's part.[1]
