Grimsby is a village and the fishing port in Lincolnscire, England. In 875, Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir escorted a young lord Hunwald to the village to check on his Dane ladylove, Swanburrow.[1] The town also was a home for many Danes, including Aelfgar's hunting friend and fellow lord, Grim.[2]
