In 1690, the Mentor sent [[Maréchal]], [[Louis-Joseph d'Albert de Luynes]] and 2 other Assassins to recruit [[Julie d'Aubigny]], a skilled swordsman and singer known as 'La Maupin'. The Assassins were unsuccessful in their attempt, with d'Albert being stabbed in the right shoulder in the process.
