Francisco Pizzaro Gonzalez, Marquess (in Spanish, Francisco Pizarro González) (1471 or 1476 - 26 June 1541) was a Spanish Conquistador, and a Marquess, a European title of nobility, whose conquests reached South America and the Incan Empire of Peru, and founder of Lima, the modern-day capital of the Republic of Peru.[1]
On 25 June 1541, he was assassinated the Assassins[2] in his Palace which is now the Government Palace of Peru.[1]
