Francis Hume (unknown – 1753) was a captain in the Royal Navy and a member of the Templar Order, who was sent to the West Indies during the early 18th century. While there, Hume attempted to track down and apprehend the escaped slave Jumao, accompanied with the elimination of Samuel Bellamy to prevent disruption to the Templars' trade efforts.
