Josephine and Francis Fletcher

Francis Fletcher (died 1868) was a member of the British Rite of the Teplar Order, operating in London during the Victorian era.

Biography

These children were then sent to training facilities outside London, where they were trained as new recruits for the ever-growing Blighter street gang. In 1868, Francis and his wife were assassinated by Jacob and Evie Frye, who had been pointed in their direction by Henry Green.[1]
