Fort Frederick was a fort in Albany, New York used by the British Army during the Seven Years' War.

History

In July 1754, Fort Frederick was used as a safe haven for Templar James Wardrop while in possession of the Voynich manuscript. The Assassin, Shay Cormac, infiltrated the fort, killed Wardrop and retrieved the manuscript.

On 3 November 1757, Kesegowaase and his Abenaki allies attacked the fort and surrounding town. Now a Templar, Shay Cormac, along with George Monro, managed to take control of the fort, with Shay killing Kesegowaase in the process.
