The Forge was a building in the Valley of Aristomenes in Messenia, Greece. As part of the city of Aipeia, this forge was used by the military to construct metal parts for the nearby Production Line, as well as weapons of various kinds.[1] It was guarded by a small military force.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the Forge, where she discovered a scroll reporting the possible capture of helots by bandits near the mining camps.[2]
