Faction Buildings can be created by renovating structures in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
One faction building can only be assigned to one faction at a time, either Courtesans, Mercenaries, or Thieves. Establishing a faction building causes it to spawn corresponding faction members in front of the building and within the area of the building. Immediately after renovation, the faction's symbol will appear on the map, and like other buildings in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, it will regularly generate income available to collect at Banks.
The building can be reassigned to another faction whenever necessary, however you will have to pay the full price again.
Each faction building, depending on location, has a specific price for renovation. Some cost 1,200 florins, while others cost only 900 florins.[1]
Trivia
- If attempting to complete the Guild Challenges, you can keep changing a building's faction, which will always make a new group of the corresponding faction appear, speeding up the process of finding enough groups to hire.
