Eógan mac Néill (died c. 465) was an Irish nobleman and a member of the Uí Néill dynasty who lived during the mid 5th century. He founded the Kingdom of Aileach which spanned the greater part of Ulster.
Biography
One of the sons of Niall of the Nine Hostages, Eógan inherited from his father a figurine that served as one of the keys to the Cú Chulainn Shield.
