Alan Rikkin is one of the bosses of Abstergo. He has sent several E-mails to Warren Vidic and is possibly one of the three men standing in the conference room at the end of the game (most likely the one talking).
E-mails
Several E-mails have been sent to and from Alan Rikkin, one of which was sent to Warren Vidic that details several Pieces of Eden and relics that they believe to not exist, including The Holy Grail.
