Executioner

The Executioner (real name: Il Carnefice) is a multiplayer character and target in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. The Executioner uses a sharp axe as his primary weapon. The Templar Cross is clearly visible upon his axe. The Executioner is one of the multiplayer characters that makes an appearance in the storyline.His assassination is one of the first missions in Rome.

Unique Moves

Culling Blade (High Profile)

The Executioner grabs his target from behind and pulls the victim down to his/her knees, while holding the victim with a firm grip, he raises his axe above his head and digs it into the victim's back with force.

Body Smash (Low Profile)

The Executioner sneaks behind his target and grabs him/her from the side of his body, he then lifts the victim into the air and smashes the victim into the ground, head-first. The victim's weight is directed to the back of the neck, snapping the spinal cord.

Shoulder Slice (Low/High Profile)

The Executioner approaches his target from the front, takes out his axe and swings it into the side of his victim's neck. The force from the blow severs the spinal cord and neck bone killing the person instantly. When in high profile, the Executioner hacks at their chest with his axe instead.

Customization

Colors:

• Basic: Faded white undershirt
  
• Extra 1: Green undershirt
  
• Extra 2: Red undershirt
  
• Extra 3: Black undershirt
  

Gear:

• Advanced: Spaulder on left shoulder, second darker layer of clothing beneath undershirt, longer back strap.
• Superior: Black, slightly looser hooded mask, black gloves, double vambraces, hooded mask bears a designed trim and is slightly extended.
  
• Elite: Clean black apron with faded white trim and Templar crosses.

Trivia

• The Executioner is the first multiplayer character encountered in the single player campaign.
• The Italian word for executioner is Carnefice, hence the Executioners real name.
