Dubai was a city located in the United Arab Emirates. It was home to one of the Assassin Order's facilities, as well as a residence of the Order's leader, "The Mentor". During the year 2000, Daniel Cross came to Dubai to find the Mentor. This resulted in Cross killing him right after being presented with a Hidden Blade. After Cross killed the Mentor, he abruptly jumped through the window, executing a Leap of Faith into the waters below the structure.
This facility serves as the main headquarters of the Assassin Order. Because of this, there are very few people, even within the Order itself, that have seen it.
