Drumlish

Drumlish was a ringfort situated in northwestern Meath, Ireland.

In the 9th century, Drumlish was a trading post specialized in trading dyed cloth that had been abandoned and became inhabited with wild wolves. Between 879 and 882, jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan assisted Azar in clearing the ringfort of the wolves and obtaining the deed poll to the site, allowing the re-establishment of the trade post connecting to Dublin.[1]
