Donald Henry Rumsfeld (born 9 July 1932) is an American politician and businessman.
Rumsfeld served as the United States Secretary of Defense from 1975 to 1977 under Gerald Ford and the Chairman of Gilead Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Froma 2001 to 2006, Rumsfeld served as the Secretary of Defense again under George W. Bush.
Rumsfeld and the Bush administration were manipulated by the Templar company Abstergo Industries. With the administration's loose regulation of the private sector, Abstergo was able to gain more influence.
